MaxHealth helps you address weight, appetite, energy, and metabolic health through one ongoing medical relationship built around you, not simply a prescription.

Every patient begins with a clinical review of symptoms, history, medications, goals, and risk factors. Your provider will help you understand:

Written by MaxHealth providers Brian J. Nimphius, DC, Jennifer Pearlman, FNP-C, and Jake Smith, CMFT. A holistic guide that combines medication, exercise, and nutrition to help readers reclaim energy and confidence, not just lose weight.
Start with what you are experiencing, and we will help you understand the broader picture.

Appetite, metabolism, and body composition — the entry point for most members.

Thyroid, cortisol, insulin, and sex hormones all influence how weight responds.

Fatigue that does not improve with rest often points to something measurable.

Poor sleep drives appetite, cravings, and stalled progress.

Stress and low mood can quietly undo an otherwise sound plan.

Blood sugar, blood pressure, and lipids — the numbers behind the number.

Often the first thing people stop mentioning, and a useful clinical signal.

Strength and movement protect muscle while weight comes down.

Many members first find MaxHealth to lose weight, restore energy, or explore a treatment. From the beginning they receive something broader: an ongoing relationship that supports both the goal and the needs that arise later.
